Saturday Night Concert Senior Drum and Bugle Reunion Concert Memorial Hall
6:30-10:30PM (Doors open at 5:45 for general seating)

Drum and Bugle Corps defined post World War II America. Riding the strong wave that followed the courage of veterans returning home, the music was patriotic, loyal to America and one's Corps, and loud. The volume, together with the numbers in the Corps and the fabulous uniforms, brought tears to the eyes of American citizens who had lost loved ones or were so proud of those who returned. Now, the children and grandchildren of those original Corps have been revived, and America's Hometown Thanksgiving Celebration is proud to bring "the best of the best" each year for the Reunion Concert the weekend before Thanksgiving. Nothing could be more fitting than this reminder of who we are and why we love liberty as Americans.

HOLIDAY =PLYMOUTH = THANKSGIVING = = “DRUMCORPS”

1991 saw the emergence of “America’s Hometown Celebration” and all the exciting things that have become synonymous with “AHTC”. The musical talent that visits this town for the Parade is incomparable. What better way to showcase these groups than with the annual “Reunion Concert”? Voila! The birth of what has now become one of the premiere events in Drum Corps World.

Drum Corps’ from far and near vie for a spot in the lineup and look forward to not only singing for their supper, (so to speak), but also to a fun filled family weekend that includes the Patriotic Concert on Friday, fabulous sightseeing and all the waterfront activity.

This year introduces you to the Corps known as “Musical Ambassadors of New York”, the Westchester Brassmen hailing from Harrison, New York.

Next up, and also new to our family, all the way from the province of Quebec, Les Diplomates.

The “Reunion Concert” Saturday evening, November 19 will present to you some of the Legends of Drum Corps. You can tap your toe to a Sousa march, or delight to a Big Band Tune. It is drum corps as we all knew and loved it.
