PLYMOUTH —The British Beer Company wants its customers to raise a pint to help “Save the Celebration.”British Beer Company Managing Partner Gary Simon will donate $2 from every pint of Mayflower Brewing Company ale sold on tap at any of the BBC’s pubs and restaurants to raise money for the America’s Hometown Thanksgiving Celebration. His goal between now and the end of November, when the program ends, is for the BBC to have raised about $30,000 for the cause. That’s a lot of ale, and the clock’s ticking.
